I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and the experience was quite mixed. The location is fantastic for exploring, and we especially enjoyed the tech in the King Suite with River View. The reception staff were not very pleasant, which dampened the overall experience for us. I also faced some issues with the water filtration system that required a room change. The room size was impressive for NYC standards, and it was generally clean.

Excellent location, clean, great staff
When checking in, staff should explain that there is an electronic do not disturb button. Apparently, we left ours on one day and did not get housekeeping. Guests should be made aware of this at check in time.

Beautiful view of the Hudson River. Room wasn't huge but with all the comfort. Nice staff. Situated well with cafes in the area.

The Beautiful Suite with Two Double Beds was huge for NYC, a major plus! The room was clean, modern, and had nice touches like two TVs and a rainfall shower. I expected a bit more from the amenities. Nothing too extravagant stood out, and I felt the place could've had a warmer vibe. It was decent but lacked that wow factor.

Excellent 5* hotel, huge room, rain shower, large and soft bed, top staff, treats and large breakfast buffet.
A little more healthy selection at breakfast wouldn't have hurt. Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages of top quality, but just hearty... Fruit salad was a melon salad. Apart from that everything's fine!

The location was great, the furnishing of the room was great.
The very tasty breakfast buffet was unfortunately only served at the weekend.

The spacious Beautiful King Suite offered a fantastic view of the water, complete with a stocked refrigerator and thoughtful amenities like umbrellas and bottled water. Excellent service, especially the good breakfast with a wide selection including creative salads. The location near restaurants and a mall provided easy access to local attractions. There were occasional delays in room service during peak hours and the rooftop bar was inaccessible due to long wait times.

very good breakfast buffet, room large and very clean, 5 minutes walk to OneWorld incl. waiting time at the traffic lights, nevertheless very quiet location.
Riverview is a little exaggerated, you can see the Hudson River, but only through a gap in the houses.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octlimited internet
Breakfast options could use an upgrade. The assortment feels limited, especially when looking for something simple like just coffee or toast. There were some internet connectivity issues , which could be a hassle if you're trying to keep in touch with the Rebel Alliance or just stay updated on your holo-comm. Some of the room furniture seemed a bit worn, which might not meet the luxury standards expected at this price point.

Super comfortable beds. The whole hotel was very stylish and you feel very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
We had to wait there forever for our luggage and look for it in the storage room. We had to carry our own luggage into the room. At a 5 star hotel the guest doesn't have to do this. The atmosphere at breakfast was a bit too hectic.

Reasonably priced room with a hudson view and with a lot of space. Magnificent and beautiful location of the hotel, right by the WTC memorial. Very good service, public parking available nearby. Cookies in the lobby.
